Volleyball - Sat, Oct. 27, 2012
BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Northampton women's volleyball team captured the 2012 Region XIX Division III championship with a 3-0 victory over Harrisburg Area Community College on Saturday afternoon at the Arthur L. Scott Spartan Center.
The Spartans, who advanced to the championship match with a 3-0 victory over defending regional champ Montgomery County Community College, were led by Tournament MVP Anna Domyan. Domyan was joined on the All-Tournament Team by teammates Meghan Granite and Barbara Dimon.
Harrisburg, which finishes 17-3 in its first year of NJCAA competition, knocked off Passaic County Community College, 3-0, in the other semi-final.
Northampton, now 22-0 overall, will travel to North Carolina on Saturday November 3 to face Davidson Community College in the NJCAA District H playoff game. The winner advances to the NJCAA national tournament in Rochester, Minnesota.

MOORE TOWNSHIP, Pa. - The Region XIX Volleyball Committee, chaired by Mr. Bernard Johnson (Passaic), has released the 2012 Division II All-Region Team.
In voting conducted by the league coaches, Ellisa Mulcahy of County College of Morris was named Region XIX Player of the Year.
Joining Mulcahy as First Team All-Region selections are:

Kimloi Clarke-Bergen CC was the top vote getter.
Volleyball - Wed, Oct. 24, 2012
Bergen Community College placed two players on the 2012 All GSAC Volleyball squad; which was announced today. Kimloi Clarke and Marissa Lortz was selected from Bergen, along with one player from each of the other GSAC schools. Atlantic Cape's Sarah Street was selected for the second year in a row. The other players are Patricia Bunagon (Passaic), Racheal Wenoch (Middlesex) and Maria Collantes (Union).

MOORE TOWNSHIP, Pa. - The Region XIX Final Four for Division III Volleyball is set, as Northampton, Passaic, Montgomery and Harrisburg each advanced with victories on Tuesday evening.
Northampton, 20-0, the #1 seed from the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference advanced with a 3-0 victory over Middlesex County College. The Spartans will face the #3 seed from the EPAC, Montgomery County Community College. The Mustangs, the defending Region XIX champions, advanced with a 3-2 victory over 2nd seeded Bergen Community College of the GSAC.
Passaic County Community College, the #1 seed from the Garden State Athletic Conference, downed 4th seeded Delaware County, 3-2, and will now face Harrisburg Area Community College, who defeated Union County College, 3-0.
The Division III Final Four is set for Saturday October 27th at Northampton Community College, with Northampton facing Montgomery at 11am, followed by Passaic vs. Harrisburg at 1pm. The championship match is scheduled for 3pm.

PATERSON, NJ - The Region XIX Volleyball Committee, chaired by Mr. Bernard Johnson (Passaic) has released the Division III Tournament Bracket.
Northampton Community College is the #1 seed on the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) side of the bracket and Passaic County Community College is the #1 seed on the Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) side.
Play will begin on Tuesday October 23rd with the winners advancing to the Division III Final Four at Northampton on October 27th.
