Brookdale and RCSJ-Gloucester Earn Top Seeds for Division III Softball

SCRANTON, Pa. - Brookdale Community College and RCSJ-Gloucester have earned the top seeds for the upcoming Region 19 softball playoffs.

Brookdale, 15-1 in Region play, will be the top seed in the North Atlantic A bracket, while RCSJ-Gloucester (14-2), will be the top seed in the North Atlantic B bracket. 

Overall Seeding

(1) Brookdale 

(2) RCSJ-Gloucester

(3) Northampton 

(4) Sussex

(5) RCSJ-Cumberland

(6) Middlesex 

Northampton will host Middlesex in a best of three series the opening round of the tournament, while Cumberland will travel to Sussex.  The winner of Northampton/Middlesex will visit RCSJ-Gloucester May 13/14 for the District B championship, while the Sussex/Cumberland winner will travel to Lincroft, NJ to face Brookdale for the District A crown.
